INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Usage information. We collect information about how you interact with our Sites. This includes information such as the dates and times that you visit a Site, the page you view, referring / exit URLs, your browser type, and the number of clicks on the Site. We provide you with the opportunity to update certain personally identifiable information and to opt-out of having information collected for certain purposes. For example, you may

- deactivate your account;
- choose whether to receive promotions and offers from us;
- change your preferences for certain communications; and
- request access to your personally identifiable information.
You may exercise your choices by contacting us via the Contact Us information provided below or following the instructions provided in the electronic communications sent to you. If you wish to receive access to your personally identifiable information then please ensure the subject line of any email sent is “Personally Identifiable Information Request” to ensure that it is dealt with in as timely a manner as possible.
Because we plan our communications in advance, it may take several weeks for your request to become effective. If you continue to receive our communications after expressing an opt-out preference, please let us know so that we can investigate the situation. We will, however, continue to send transaction-based emails if you engage in a transaction, request customer support, or make similar requests.
In some cases, if you choose not to provide us with the requested information, we may not be able to complete your transaction.
Cookies and Other Technologies. You may opt-out of the automatic collection of some information by referring to your web browser’s or mobile device’s options or settings menu. Google Analytics. Google provides users choice on how their data is collected by Google Analytics by developing an Opt-out Browser Add-on which can be located at: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en. By installing this Add-on, no information is being sent to Google.

Our Site are intended for a general audience. It is not intended for use by or directed at persons under the age of 13. Accordingly, and in compliance with children’s privacy laws, we do not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will take all reasonable steps to delete that information from our records. Please contact us as provided below in the Contact Us section if you believe we may have collected such information.
DO NOT TRACK REQUESTS
At this time, there is no worldwide uniform or consistent industry standard or definition for responding to, processing, or communicating Do Not Track signals. Thus, like many other websites and online services, the Sites are currently unable to respond to Do Not Track Signals. USERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES
The Site, which is provided from within the United States and/or Canada, and our products sold through the Site and shipped from the United States, are subject to the applicable state and federal laws of the United States. If you use the Site from outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be transmitted to and shared with third parties that may be located in other countries to provide services such as transaction processing and fraud prevention. The data protections and other laws of such countries may not be as comprehensive as those in your country.
“Phishing” is a scam designed to steal your personally identifiable information. If you receive an e-mail that looks like it is from Mint asking you for your personally identifiable information, including account information, please notify us as provided below.
CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, (AKA the “CCPA,” "personal information" is any information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular California resident or household. Under the CCPA we must disclose the categories of personal information about California residents that we collect, sell, and/or disclose to third parties or service providers for a business purpose. We are required to notify California residents, at or before the point of collection of their personal information, the categories of personal information collected and the purposes for which such information is used. That information is provided herein and/or at the point of collection.
Subject to certain exceptions, California residents have the right to make the following requests, at no charge, up to twice every 12 months:
Right to opt out of sale. You may opt out of our sale(s) of your personal information, as “sale” is defined by California law.

We will respond to verifiable requests received from California consumers consistent with California law.
California Eraser Law. If you are 18 and a California resident, and you discover an image posted on our Website taken when you were a minor, the California Eraser law allows you to have us remove the image from view, pursuant to your request. Should you request removal, please be advised that it will be removed only from those sites under our control, and for privacy purposes, we may ask you to verify your request.
We will acknowledge your Complaint within ten (10) business days, and respond to your complaint within forty-five (45) days, unless there are exigent circumstances. We may ask that you provide additional information and/or request a one-on-one discussion or conference.
